Week 10+ Colouring the Canvas of Life


Welcome back, we have been developing the game for the past two months now!

In this devlog, let's see what we've done so far for the past two weeks. We have some progress to share! 

Starting off, here we have our beautifully designed level 3.

We have also made significant improvements to visual effects and user interface.

Dialogues have been added to the game as well.

Introducing the tree of life! When activated, the tree acts as a checkpoint in case the player dies. You will witness these golden trees throughout all levels.

A new look for colour switching!

Next, let’s take a look at the Tier 2 Blue and Green enemy.

The tier 2 blue enemy is able to cast protective shields. Upon getting hit, the protection absorbs a few attacks from the player before expiring. Be sure to take down this enemy on sight!

Tier 2 green enemies can unleash a devastating melee attack releasing poisonous gas from the ground, they also leave poison trails behind their every steps.
